By accessing and using the services of Office Cleaning Services of Dallas, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Office Cleaning Services of Dallas provides commercial cleaning services to businesses in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Our services include, but are not limited to, office cleaning, disinfection, carpet cleaning, floor care, and specialized cleaning services as described on our website.
All cleaning services are provided pursuant to a written service agreement that specifies the scope of work, frequency of service, pricing, and other terms specific to your account. The service agreement, together with these Terms of Service, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Office Cleaning Services of Dallas.
Prices for our services are quoted based on the specific needs of your facility. All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Payment terms are net 15 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to a service charge.
Client agrees to provide Office Cleaning Services of Dallas with access to the premises at the agreed-upon service times. If access is not available, a missed service fee may apply. Changes to the regular cleaning schedule must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Client remains responsible for payment for all services rendered prior to the effective date of cancellation. Special project cancellations require 48 hours notice to avoid cancellation fees.
If you have questions about completed services, please contact us within 24 hours and we will review your concerns and coordinate next steps. This does not apply to areas that were inaccessible or conditions that existed prior to our service.
Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for damage to items not properly secured or for pre-existing damage.
Our employees are trained to respect the confidentiality of your business operations. We do not disclose information about our clients to third parties. All keys, access codes, and security information provided to us are kept secure and returned upon termination of services.
In no event shall Office Cleaning Services of Dallas be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
Office Cleaning Services of Dallas reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
